Step 2: Site Visit
A site visit will be scheduled with the entity.  At the site visit a verification analyst will:
1. Iron out any misunderstanding regarding BEE verification process
2. Interview Top and Senior managers and staff
3. Collect all supporting documents from the client.  Please remember that the site visit is      the last opportunity to provide information to be included in the verification.  Any      information received after this site visit will not be included in the verification.

Step 3: Analysis and Preliminary Verification

  1. Analysis of information collected
  2. Provide client with a preliminary verification
  3. Client has five (5) working days to appeal verification

Step 4: Finalization of verification
If no appeal of preliminary verification with five working days, verification is finalized.
Verification Report and Certificate is couriered to the client

Step 5: Database
All client information regarding BEE verification is uploaded to a database (with permission from the client) and is available to all TransformEX users.Database information includes:

  • Name of Entity
  • Registration Number
  • Location of Entity
  • Products and Services
  • Contact details
  • Type of Verification
  • Overall Verification achieved (BEE contribution level and supplier recognition)
  • Individual Element Verification score achieved
  • Verification date
  • Expiry Date

Types of BEE Verifications
TransformEX primarily offers three types of BEE Scorecards indicated below.  These are:

    • Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) Certificates
    • QSE Scorecard and Certificate
    • Generic Scorecard and Certificate
