Step 1: Engaging TransformEX

• Analyse the Verification Fee Schedule and determine the cost of your verification
• Contact TransformEX on (011) 781 8525 to schedule a meeting with a consultant to discuss the verification process.
• At the initial meeting, an official verification request form can be completed.

Should the entity wish to engage TransformEX online, the following procedure should be followed:

Complete and sign the following documents and fax to 086 539 2410 or email to info@transformex.co.za

1. Relevant Verification request form to be completed
2. Verification agreement
3. Pay the initial Deposit into the TranformEX Bank Account

All forms must be completed, signed and faxed to TransformEX prior to commencement of work.

Types of BEE Verifications
TransformEX primarily offers three types of BEE Scorecards indicated below.  These are:

• Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) Certificates
• QSE Scorecard and Certificate
• Generic Scorecard and Certificate
