Skills Development

At Transformex we believe that we are only as good as our people we employ.  We believe in constant development of staff members to ensure upward mobility of our staff.  To this end, Transformex has developed training material for a Learnership in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment. 

The material is currently being piloted at Transformex and will be accredited before December 2009. 

The courses is focused on analysis of Broad-Based Empowerment as per the Codes of Good Practice for EME, QSE and Generic Analysts, but includes soft skills as well as Finance for Non-Financial Managers to ensure a well rounded and competent analyst in the performance of BEE verifications.

Our model is to employ unemployment graduates through an internship, thereby providing the experience and theoretical background necessary to produce credible and accurate BEE verification certificates. 
To date Transformex has had 14 graduates move through its programme.

To make a meaningful contribution to the growth and productivity of the economy by encouraging businesses to implement transformation through the effective and factual auditing of their BEE credentials and to create employment which is sustainable for unemployed graduates in South Africa in a fairly new industry.
 

To deliver quality verification services nationwide while aiding in the economic empowerment of all South Africans.
